Detailed introduction

BEd Series Flameproof Pusher's Power Hydraulic Pusher is a very compact driving control device which integrates motor, centrifugal pump and cylinder. It is widely used as a driving device for various block brakes and disc brakes. It can also be used for various industrial Valves, gates, directional swing and rotation (< 90 degrees). Design features

The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy with light weight and beautiful appearance.

The motor is non immersed structure, B class or F class insulation (according to user requirements). Good heat resistance and long life.

The cover of the motor junction box is sealed, and the cable Stuffing Box is used for feeding, which is firm and reliable, and the protective grade of the electric shell reaches IP55.

The motor shaft and push rod are plated with hard chrome on the surface, which greatly prolongs the life of the seal.

The cylinder shell is equipped with a balanced air chamber on one side, which enables the propeller to be installed in any direction from 0 to 180 degrees, thus enlarging its application range.

All seals and bearings of Ed series are imported products with reliable sealing and long service life.

The altitude of the site is up to (GB755-87) standard.

The ambient temperature should be within the range of -20 C to 40 C, and the relative humidity of air should not be greater than 90%5.

Ambient temperature: - 20 C to + 50 C, using DB-25 hydraulic oil: below - 20 C, using YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil, without heater, using DB-25 hydraulic pressure, heater must be installed.

Installation: vertical installation, horizontal installation.
