When replacing high-pressure rubber hose, the length of rubber hose, the number of steel wire layers, the shape and size of joint should be reasonable, and the bending degree of rubber hose should be reduced as far as possible; when tightening the joint nuts, the rubber hose should not be twisted; excessive bending and twisting will greatly reduce the service life of rubber hose; and some parts prone to friction should be taken protective measures to prevent the rubber hose from wearing and bursting.

1. Construction

High pressure steel wire spiral rubber hose, covered with fire resistance paint coat, steel wire braided layer, and anti-flaming layer.

2. Applications

It is mainly used in high temperature surroundings and in conditions having heat source or heat radiation source, such as oil field well-control, metal smelts, and chemical industry.

Applicable to connection at locations when drill platform, semi-submersible drilling vessel or drilling vessel moves relatively and the installation dimensions of the drill rig subsequently change, and to delivery of oil, gas, mud and other high pressure media

4. Characteristic

The product features resistance to high pressure, thermal insulation, anti-flaming and fire resistance as well as inner wall with high abrasion resistance.

5. Packing

After finishing the hose production, we will pack the hose. In general, the packing will use plastic film and wooden cases. Special packing is available to customer's requirements.
