4: When drilling with a magnetic drill, ensure that there are no iron or other debris under the magnetic seat of the drill, the adsorption surface remains flat, and the machine can not shake or fail to fully absorb. Because if the machine does not suck well on the steel plate during drilling, the machine shakes and the drill bit is damaged. If there is a relatively thin steel plate, add some metal plates to the bottom to increase the suction of the rig and plate.

5: The hollow drill bit infeed must be performed slowly. Cut into steel plate about 1mm and then force it evenly. If there is a stuck condition, you should cut off the power first, then manually turn the tool slightly in the opposite direction and then put forward the drill to check the situation. Can't drill down hard. The feed speed and the speed of the knife need to be slow, and when the middle is progressed, the feed speed should be uniform. As for the speed control, it depends on the experience of the various workers' masters.

6: If you need to play a thick steel plate you can not drill holes once. You can drill first and then exit to remove the lower scraps and continue drilling. Drilling was done multiple times. Sometimes too much swarf affects the drilling operation.

7: If there is severe vibration when cutting in, check whether the rotating speed is too high. Also check if the clearance of the machine guide is too large.

8: The drill usually maintains and stores as far as possible to avoid touching the blade edge, so as not to damage the drill bit

9: Try to avoid overlapping drilling of steel plates. If it is necessary to overlap the drill hole, drill the second block after removing the core after drilling the first block.
